I used to patron strictly pancakes alot due to the flexibility to be able to DIY your pancakes and the affordable price as a student. But to my disappointment, the cafe has been closed down and I had to search for new pancakes places to go to. After searching and trying at a few establishments, I realized that fluffy pancakes have become my new love! Here are some of the places you can get them right in Singapore:
1. Kyushu Pancake Cafe
Kyushu Pancake Cafe is definitely a place to go for the health conscious people out there! Their seven grains pancake flour mix contains finely selected seven grains, 100% homegrown in Kyushu province. Other than pancakes, you will be able to find a range of waffles and french toasts creations on the menu. If you like something more exotic to go with your pancakes, try their tomato soda (be sure to crush the tomato to get more flavor).

2. Belle-ville Pancake Cafe
My last visit to 100AM mall was to get some Tsujiri matcha cakes, but this time when I went back to the mall, I was surprised by Belle-ville Pancake Cafe that has long replaced Tsujiri.
The pancakes here comes in stacks of 2,4 & 8, so you could have it for any time of the day, be it as a dessert or as a full meal. At first look, the pancakes seem similar from any other pancake shops, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is soft and fluffy in the mouth. This could easily be one of the best Japanese pancakes that I have tasted by far!
